Mornings begin slowly ~ gentle movement, breathwork, and a nourishing breakfast.

Midday invites rest ~ river walks, canoeing, swimming, journaling, & nourishing lunches.

Evenings bring deeper experiences ~ sound journeys, sunset gatherings, shared meals in the desert under the stars in a canyon, cacao ceremony, fireside chats.

There is structure ~ but also spaciousness.

Co-Host

Tracy-Lee is a facilitator and space-holder whose work centres on embodiment and self-connection. She creates intentional, grounded environments that support individuals in moving out of mental overwhelm and into a more present, regulated, and connected state.

Her approach is informed by an ongoing, lived practice of embodiment, shaped through experience, curiosity, and a deep respect for the intelligence of the body and the rhythms of the natural world.

She works with a range of modalities including Conscious Connected Breathing, yoga, meditative movement, energy healing, and other somatic practices. These are offered as practical tools to support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and a deeper connection to self. She also incorporates cacao as a plant ally, used in a grounded and intentional way to support openness and presence.

Tracy-Lee’s work moves away from the idea of needing to fix or transcend, and instead focuses on building the capacity to be with what is — developing greater awareness, resilience, and self-trust over time.

Her facilitation is further informed by time spent in nature, ongoing earth-based studies, and a reflective exploration of the human experience through both somatic and philosophical lenses.

Through her work, she offers a space for people to reconnect — to their bodies, their inner landscape, and their place within the wider natural world — while leaving with practical tools they can integrate into everyday life.

Lily-Pearl

Founder & Host

Hi, I’m Lily-Pearl 🤍

For a long time, my life moved at a very fast pace. Living in places like Miami, I was constantly surrounded by stimulation, pressure, and a sense of always needing to be “on.” But beneath that, I was carrying a lot more than I realised.

Through my own journey and working through childhood experiences that shaped my nervous system, I began to understand how deeply the body holds onto stress, and how important it is to create space to slow down and regulate. Over time, I found myself being drawn back to a slower, more intentional way of living. One that felt grounded, connected, and aligned. This brought me to Namibia…

Practices like movement, breathwork, sound, and stillness became less of a routine, and more of a way back to myself. Many of these practices were deepened through time spent in India, where I was able to explore and learn in a more immersive and intentional way.

Melo Pearl Retreats was born from this.

A desire to create the kind of space I know so many of us need. A space to soften, to feel safe in our bodies, and to gently come back into balance.

It’s something I’m deeply passionate about sharing, and you combine that with the natural beauty of the Namibian landscape and you’ve got yourself the most transformational space 🤍

These retreats are an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to truly be at ease.

Getting There

Norotshama is intentionally remote and that quiet distance is part of the experience.

The resort is easily accessible by standard vehicle (no 4x4 needed), via well-travelled roads from both Namibia and South Africa.

There are no nearby airports. The closest major airports are:

Windhoek, Namibia — approximately 9 hours by car

Cape Town, South Africa — approximately 7.5 hours by car

Many guests choose to make the drive part of the retreat itself ~ an unfolding transition through wide changing landscapes, open sky, and stillness before arrival.

Once your space is confirmed, a private WhatsApp group will be created to:

• Coordinate carpooling

• Connect guests traveling from similar regions

• Explore shared transport options if there is enough collective interest

The journey becomes the first gentle exhale.
